Description of the Process Line of Hessian Jute Yarn

Actually, Raw jute is processed in mills to produce hessian. By this jute yarn, bags, and other diversified products, wall covers, Sheds, carpets, etc are produced by this Hessian cloth which is basically the outcome of Hessian Yarn.

Firstly, softening section selects the accepted Raw Jute. Normally, a jute softener machine is used to soften the gummy and raw jute.

Secondly, Then the jute is piled, while water/moisture is sent inside the fiber. Thus, the hard part of the roots gets softer.

Thirdly, Carding section comes. In this section, the unwanted particles are removed. Finally, in this process, the Jute Fibers are made into ribbons called silver.

Fourthly, comes Once the silver is processed through the drawing process, yarn from the silver is taken through the spinning process.

Fifthly, comes the twisting process unit. Here the yarn comes through twisting.

Sixthly, the yarn is winded into spools in the winding process.

Finally, the yarn is woven into the fabrics.
